Cake Philosophy

 

At The Cherished Cake, every cake is a labour of love, crafted to celebrate the most special moments of your life.

I believe cakes should not only be beautiful but also taste incredible. That’s why I use only the finest, high-quality ingredients. From free-range eggs to creamy butter, each cake is made with the utmost care to ensure it’s as delicious as it is stunning.

I offer a range of flavours to cater to diverse tastes. Each one is designed to enhance your celebration and leave a lasting impression on your guests.

Each tier is approximately 5 inches deep, covered in a smooth layer of white chocolate ganache, and finished with high-quality sugar paste for a flawless look.

Please note:
While I can make gluten-free cakes for customers with gluten intolerance, I cannot accommodate those with a gluten allergy due to the risk of cross-contamination in my kitchen.

I am also unable to offer eggless, vegan, or dairy-free options at this time.

All of my cakes contain butter (milk), gluten (wheat), and eggs, and may contain traces of nuts.

Classic Vanilla
A light vanilla sponge filled with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve.

 

Earl Grey
A unique and sophisticated flavour - Earl Grey sponge cake with orange flavoured buttercream.

 

Salted Caramel
Caramel sponge layered with caramel buttercream, drizzled with caramel sauce, and sprinkled with sea salt flakes.

A light lemon sponge with fresh lemon zest, filled with lemon buttercream and the finest lemon curd.

 

Raspberry and White Chocolate
A delicate raspberry sponge layered with raspberry conserve and white chocolate buttercream.

A light almond sponge with cherries, filled with cherry conserve and almond flavoured buttercream.

A rich and moist chocolate cake with Baileys Irish Cream liqueur buttercream filling.
