Iced cakes are covered with white chocolate ganache followed by a thin layer of quality sugar paste.

I offer the following cake flavours but other requests are welcome!

Classic Flavours 

Classic Vanilla 

A light vanilla sponge filled with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve.


Classic Chocolate

A moist chocolate sponge filled with creamy chocolate buttercream.


Luscious Lemon

A light lemon sponge with fresh lemon zest, filled with lemon buttercream and the finest lemon curd.

Earl Grey 

A unique and sophisticated flavour - Earl Grey sponge cake with orange flavoured buttercream.

Salted Caramel

A caramel sponge layered with caramel buttercream, drizzled with caramel sauce, and sprinkled with sea salt flakes.

Luxury Flavours

Raspberry and White Chocolate

A delicate raspberry sponge layered with raspberry conserve and white chocolate buttercream.

Cherry Bakewell

A light almond sponge with cherries, filled with cherry conserve and almond flavoured buttercream.

Coffee and Walnuts

A light coffee sponge with chopped walnuts, filled with coffee buttercream.


Carrot and Walnuts
A moist sponge with fresh carrots and chopped walnuts and filled with a orange flavoured buttercream.

Sticky Ginger

It's a moist, rich, and spicy cake, filled with either lemon buttercream or vanilla cream.


Red Velvet 

A velvety smooth sponge with a hint of chocolate and a rich red colour, filled with delicious white chocolate buttercream.

Chocolate Guinness 

A rich and moist chocolate cake with The Baileys Irish Cream liqueur buttercream filling.

Allergy information

All of my regular cakes contain butter (Milk), gluten (Wheat) and eggs and may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Chocolate Ganache contains Milk and Soya.

I am able to make gluten-free cakes for customers with gluten intolerance, but unfortunately, I cannot accommodate those with a gluten allergy as my kitchen is not a certified allergy-free workspace.

Please note that I do not accommodate requests for eggless, vegan, or dairy-free options.
